The Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the site Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of plant assets and protective systems. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and SHE to maintain asset condition, improve equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), and internal engineering standards. The position serves as the site Asset Engineer and provides technical leadership for mechanical integrity, inspection, equipment repair, and long-term asset management within a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing environment.
